Logline: Two small-town pot dealers run into big-city trouble when a woman comes to them with a big score and some bad people on her tail.

Synopsis: Living is easy for small-town pot dealers Franklin and Bradley June.  Ever since they inherited the business from their hippie parents, they haven’t had much to do besides take care of the plants and sell the product.  But lately, things have gotten a bit too easy and both brothers have become restless and dissatisfied.

Bradley wants to be a real drug dealer, expanding the business first into ecstasy and then into crystal meth.  This puts him at odds with the local biker gangs who, so far, have let the June brothers do their thing out of respect for their late mother.

Franklin isn’t as ambitious as Bradley, but he is dissatisfied with his life, drifting from relationship to relationship and poring over self-help books, just waiting for something, or someone, to come along and wake him up.

Along comes Callie Mayne, riding into town on her ex-boyfriend’s motorcycle after wrecking his house and setting fire to his Porsche.  Strapped to the back of the bike is a suitcase full of his designer steroids that she’s looking to sell.  Callie is tough, smart and sexy, but Franklin can tell right away she’s bringing trouble.  But where Franklin sees trouble, Bradley sees opportunity, a chance to move up from friendly local pot dealer to big-time gangster by selling Callie’s drug stash.  Franklin won’t admit it, but the thought of a big score appeals to him too, shaking him out of his complacency.

Naturally, this plan doesn’t go down well with the bikers.  Things get even more complicated when Callie’s ex shows up with his own gang of beefy henchmen, determined to get back his drugs and maybe, if he’s in a forgiving mood, to take her back too.

Franklin finds himself caught between Bradley, Callie, the bikers, the ex-boyfriend and his henchmen.  There’s a shootout at a miniature golf course, a kidnapping, a brawl in a ginseng field and the painful realization that one of the ex-boyfriend’s henchman, a man named Desmond, may, in fact, be the most dangerous player of all.  Franklin has to play all the angles, pitting one side against the other in an increasingly deadly game.  The one flaw in his plan is that he might be falling in love and there may be no way to save himself, his brother and Callie.  Something may have to give.
